When it comes to what I put into my own body, I like to go for low sugar, low fat, high fiber, high protein, whole foods. So we're basically on the same plan... I just make sure I add more fats into her diet.
Not only is nutrition a major factor in my everyday eating habits, but it also needs to be something I can put together in a timely fashion. So anyways... here are some of our go to meals and snacks...
1. Annie's mac + cheese and Annie's ravioli's (quick, organic, none of the crazy hard-to-pronounce yucky stuff)
2.grapes & blueberries (I'm not super particular about buying organic unless it's on sale, but I always wash produce with produce wash thoroughly. Cut in half, these are a great in car snack for my little lady.)
3. Justin's maple almond butter smeared on a banana (I can't take credit for this one because my girlfriend Sarah told me she eats this for breakfast. I tried it this morning and it was SO yummy and kept me full until lunch.)
